      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (Nepale) in Dec 2020

      Interview

      After you drop your application , the best out of the entire application will be shortlisted. The shortlisted candidates are than called to attain the written assignments. The selected top candidates than called for personal interview. They have to face the panelist of 5 or more interviewers. The selection criteria are based on competency, confidence, knowledge on the issues, experiences, qualification. The person who have highest number is than called for the further recruitment process.

      Interview

      It was a one-round in-person interview with three interviewers. The interviewers really made you think and reflect on yourself, and they were genuinely interested in the interview process. Very professional.
