Very generic, not very creative. Mostly textbook questions. After the final round no email about the decision. Had to follow up several times myself to get an answer. They had chosen another candidate which is fine but would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication.

Was contacted by HR about 1 month after applying for the job. I was asked to fill out a form with some basic questions. The last step was an interview with the hiring manager and another team member.
