The interview was quite informal and didn’t follow a structured format. The questions were broad and sometimes unrelated to the role, with little follow-up or two-way discussion. It felt more like a quick chat than a proper interview, with limited focus on my skills or experience. Overall, the process came across as casual, less interactive, and not very relevant to the position.
