      Senior Solutions Consultant Interview

      Jun 3, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wrike

      Interview

Applied online and moved to a screening call with an EMEA-based recruiter. Unfortunately, the recruiter's connection was completely unstable, dropping out every few seconds. Despite me joining the call on a flawless, high-speed fiber connection, the recruiter insisted on pushing through the call rather than fixing the tech issue or rescheduling. Because we couldn't hold a continuous conversation for more than five seconds at a time, there was zero opportunity to actually discuss my background or properly evaluate my fit for a Senior Solutions Consultant role. I received a generic boilerplate rejection shortly after.

      Question 1

What little I could make out the recruiter was reading off a checklist.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the severe connection issues during your screening call. We normally do not experience such connection problems, and as this is the first time this has occurred, we will be taking a closer look at it to prevent it from happening in the future. We always aim for a seamless process, and we are sorry we fell short. To clarify your note about the format, we use a structured interview process with a prepared set of questions asked to all candidates. These are strictly based on the core competencies for each role to ensure fairness and consistency. That being said, we completely recognize that the dropouts prevented a meaningful conversation. We are sharing your feedback directly with our talent acquisition team to ensure we handle technical issues better. Wrike's TA team.
