X-Lab interview questions

Initial conversation over hangouts followed by a technical piece to do on my own time. This was followed by another hangouts conversation by a contractor. He just nit picked through the code - obviously unmotivated to employ his replacement. On the positive side this told me exactly what sort of company I'd be working for,

The Director contacted me directly and asked to speak with me. Went through the whole process, including presentation of a case study only to be ghosted! The CPO likes big words but lacks basic human skills: respect and decency.
