XO CARE interview questions

I was called for just one round of interviews with the company owner and hiring manager. The interview had a nice flow, no typical recruiting questions (e.g. where do you see yourself in 5 years) but more on my work experience and how would I tackle certain challenges the company was facing. The interview lasted more than an hour. 1,5 hours into me leaving the interview, I received a phone call from the hiring manager and was offered a position.
