The process was professional and fairly streamlined, but clearly designed to filter for candidates with very specific experience.
It started with an initial screening call with HR, focused on background, qualifications, and motivation for applying to the job. This was followed by a first-round technical interview with a member of the finance team, which covered accounting fundamentals (IFRS/US GAAP), financial analysis, and some scenario-based questions related to investment structures.
The second stage involved a more in-depth interview with senior management. This round was more conversational but still technical. Overall good interview process.

Asked LeetCode easy-medium and star based on resume , the interviewer looks distracted . This role demanded 6 YOE don't know why i was interviewed . HR was friendly in terms of setting expectations

Have you watched Harry Met Sejal in home or in theatre . I remained composed and said no to this . Just be honest if you want to pass.
There were three rounds, technical interview, the case study interview and finally psychometric test. Every round led to an elimination. The entire thing was very nerve wrecking for me as none of us knew whether we'll make it to the next round or not.
