I first had a phone interview with HR , then an in-person interview with the programmatic team , which included the director and manager of the team I would be joining.

Received a link to schedule a phone screen with HR. Recruiter was late to call and eating or something throughout the whole interview so I could barely understand her. Was told I was a great fit for the position and that I would hear back about next steps in a few days. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. Emailed to follow-up 3 times over several weeks. Never received a response. Logged into my Jobvite portal to learn I was “not selected.”
