Interview
- 15 minute call presenting yourself to the recruiting manager. No info about the role. A lot of confusion about the next steps, they changed as it suited the team.
- 2:30 hours technical test. Python/Django 5.2, no information about it at all. They sent Django's documentation for prep. Easy exercise, you work on it alone for 1h then questions about decisions. Questions get harder to check depth. Not an easy step.
- 1h meeting with Hiring Manager. Very quick questions jumping from one domain to the other. No expressions. Rushed to hit the 1h mark. No time to think, felt like an interrogation.
No feedback received at all. Completely ignored follow up email asking as well. 3:30 hours and not a single word to improve. They however asked for a named feedback form.
