Xeon International interview questions

Interview was conducted over skype. English was clearly a second language to the interviewer. It was short and informal. Some of my questions went unanswered. When I expressed my concern of using MY personal bank account for transferring their funds, they said, "Do not worry, if you do not want to work we will find some one else".
