Xtreme Manufacturing interview questions

Overall as expected. Moved pretty quickly through 3 rounds. Two telephone interviews, one in person. In person was interesting, more questions asked by engineers, seemed to be focused on engineering more than design.

Due to covid, the interview process was definitely a slow moving one which was extremely understandable. Once it kicked off though, they moved me through 3 round of interviews very quickly. They were very nice guys but the line of communication definitely could have been a lot better.
