Interview
There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first two are phone interviews and the final round is a meet-and-greet. The interviews felt more like conversations than actual interviews. Everyone is really friendly.
Relatively easy interviews, and nice people, although the recruiting process was unorganized. The program is new so that explains that. Had one condescending/disrespectful interviewer. Aside from that, still feels like a decent firm to gain experience from.
