1 phone interview with HR going over general questions, 1 in person interview with the team lead, and 1 video interview with the manager that's in a different city. The role is very specific to the company's own tech so they were focusing on how I would solve problems in different situations, rather than my technical knowledge.

Phone, video, on site. Interview process was good and organized. It went very smooth. I was happy with the process. No room for negotiations. Salary expectations low. Need the pay to be more competitive.

Met at career fair and then asked to apply online for positions open. The hire people just before thanksgiving so make sure to apply before then. They hire software engineers and some project engineer positions that interested me
