1. Initial Phone Screen with HR - 30 minutes; go over background, learn overview of role
2. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager - 30-45 minutes - learn more about specifics of duties, product applications, etc.
3. Ride-Along with Prospective Counterpart - Hands-on opportunity to learn about what role truly entails

Interview
There was a phone screen and then an interview at their local facility. The corporate recruiter asked to fill out an employment application, which was exactly all of the information on my resume. Unless you pass the first interview, I suggest not filling it out - it's really long and there should be a way for Xylem to import that information from your resume. I never got a returned call or response to my follow up email. Very unprofessional for such a large company. I would suggest not wasting your time by even contacting Xylem.

Question 1
The interview process was generic and not grueling. Normal questions about job history and experience with pumps - nothing out of the ordinary.
