First round interview with chief of staff followed by 2 interviews with members of the team. Last round was a difficult case study done on the weekend for 2 hours followed by a 45 minute debrief. Will ask you to share your screen and do basic excel formulas.

A TPG recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for a phone screening, followed by a phone interview with the head for ESG at Y Analytics a few days later. After not hearing anything for a few weeks, I was urgently asked to do 3 interviews over a couple days. After that, I heard nothing from Y Analytics for weeks. Finally, I reached out after accepting another job offer and received no response. Despite everyone I interviewed with being very kind, it was not a professional experience that honored my time or effort.
