I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at YTZ International (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2015
Interview
My first interview was in their office and lasted about 45 minutes. I was interviewed by two people and all of the questions were pretty straight forward, no surprises. About a week later I had a second interview over Skype with the same 2 people as well as 2 others. This one was a lot more laid back and I could tell they wanted to get a feel for my personality more than anything. It was also helpful for me as it gave me an idea of whether or not these would be people I'd enjoy working with.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at YTZ International (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Sent my resume to VP via email and mentioned referral. Scheduled interview 2-3 weeks later. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. There were 2 people interviewing me. We were in the boardroom.
Office is very open - a giant room with a bunch of desks and computers. No receptionist. As soon as you walk in everyone turns their head and stares at you.
Interviewer seemed inherently prejudiced against me. I think they like to see someone with experience in affiliate sales, but not too much experience because they think you'll leave after working for them for 3 months.

Question 1
I see that your previous work involved running a company and that it still says "Month year - present" on LinkedIn. Is this still your company?
