YTZ International interview questions

Sent my resume to VP via email and mentioned referral. Scheduled interview 2-3 weeks later. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. There were 2 people interviewing me. We were in the boardroom. Office is very open - a giant room with a bunch of desks and computers. No receptionist. As soon as you walk in everyone turns their head and stares at you. Interviewer seemed inherently prejudiced against me. I think they like to see someone with experience in affiliate sales, but not too much experience because they think you'll leave after working for them for 3 months.
