The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

Conversation with HR, and after that an hour interview with VP of Product. They were very nice, and ask good questions, which probably will help them to get the right decision for both of us.
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.

First HR phone call ( around 1 hr), then hiring manager (anround 1 hr) and take home test plus a group interview. Will last for 1 month cos the salary process needs US approval.
