Interview
Applied online and got to interview with HR very quickly, like within 3 days. Standard interview process with HR as the first round, and then with the manager.
Interview with HR starts with self-introduction and work experience.
To my surprise, after shared work experience, HR spent time introducing thoroughly about the company and the role, which gave me a lot of content.
Also, allow me to provide additional information after the introductory interview to highlight my skills for the role, which was great. As most HR I met just ignored and did not follow up with you after the interview.
With the manager, the interview was a virtual video interview in both English and Chinese. Pretty standard questions, the manager seems easygoing as well.
Didn't get to the 3rd interview, so don't know the rest
