Quite standard interviews for the role. There were 2 stages - 1st interview with recruiter and manager (45 minutes), second - head of HR and same manager (60 minutes). For the second interview assignment needed to be prepared. All the interviewers were lovely, supportive people. The disappointing part was length of the process - it took 6 weeks to move though 2 interviews. After second interview I was advised that this is the final stage and they will come back with the decision, however in a week they have requested to complete one more assignment.
