I applied in-person. I interviewed at Yard House (Dedham, MA) in May 2016
Interview
I showed up in person to follow up on an online application. Within 10 minutes, I had an interview set up with some of the managers. There were few quick questions about work experience and education. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Question 1
Describe your past experience working in customer service.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Yard House (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2020
Interview
did 2 interviews & was called 2hrs later for orientation the next day. The interview was only about fifteen minutes long. So its not so bad. Yea so just be prepared to answer questions about your previous jobs.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Yard House (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Totally unprofessional. I showed up 15 minutes early to introduce and familiarize myself with the staff and management. They were confused about my arrival, and had no clue that they set up an interview with me 3 days earlier. They had me wait 45 minutes before one of the assistant managers finally came to me. She asked what my name was, which position I applied for, and who I spoke to over the phone. She was the one that called me to set up the interview!
She then told me that they're not sure if they need a barback anymore, and she will ask the bar manager later and get back to me. She asked me if I would consider bussing, to which I said no. She then asked me to write down my contact information again, and said she will get back to me by the next day.
