Yello (Barbados) interview questions

This was a few years ago and one of my first interviews but there were two interviewers, one from the department and one from HR. Unfortunately, HR lady dominated the interview and gave off strong super-Christian vibes. Not a problem for some but it made me uncomfortable and left me feeling wrong-footed throughout. They also didn't leave a whole lot to ask questions about and asked about salary which I had not expected in the first interview much less that they would be so insistent about what I was earning in my previous position.
