Interview
Panellists made up of AD, DD, DD of HR and Cluster Director. Interview went well except that they were unfriendly. I asked the RO whom the incumbent will be reporting to about her working style and she gave a very unhappy face and gave a lukewarm answer.

Interview
I interviewed for the position of Senior Associate, Media & Advocacy on 1st July. After 2 weeks of waiting, I dropped them an email to follow-up on the outcome and HR Felicia replied kindly that they are in the pending confirmation stage. I waited for another 2 weeks more but there were no follow-up from her. Again, I dropped her an email to check and she replied the same thing - that they are in the process however do not wish to hold my plans back. In which I replied, showing my keen interest in the role and will be waiting for the outcome. She assured me that she will definitely update once she has the confirmation. After waiting anxiously for almost 3 months, on 16th Sep 2025, I dropped her an email again only to receive a disappointing news that they are going with a different candidate. 1st July interview - 16th Sep finally know the outcome.
