Yellowcom (UK) interview questions

Thorough and professional, met with manager and director. Presented a process that was relevant to the role. Conversations were very honest and role was described clearly. Really good interview and made to think about areas of self improvement rather than being told that everything is great.

There were two interviews, one with finance team and second with finance manager and HR. Mainly questions about experience. Both in person interviews with no regard to Covid. Had to buzz to get in then was sat opposite them with no hand gel, masks or anything. Finance manager seemed very nervous and unprepared, had only been in the role a few months herself. Office was nice, very modern looking and the staff themselves seemed fairly friendly.
