I had an initial video screen with the Director of Recruiting, who also happened to be the hiring manager. Our conversation went over the allotted 45mins, so she offered to meet with me again to answer my questions about the company and role. After this conversation, I had a 30min interview with another team member. Next, I was asked to complete a take-home exercise. This included a 30-min clarification call, where I could ask clarifying-questions about the task itself. After submitting the task (which had a 3-day turn-around), I was asked to complete a second exercise: a mock interview call. The final step in the process was a marathon interview round where I met with a total of 6 employees across 5 interviews. The interviews were back-to-back and each 30mins long.
