Terrible. Spoke with four different people who each told me to reach out to another person. Lost my resume multiple times. I was too enthusiastic for an organization this lost at the top. Unfortunate. Many interviews, all went great, tons of good info and feedback, offered a position, encouraged me to start working on relationships and networking (which is pretty funny in hindsight), dropped the ball more times than imaginable so I quietly stepped out.
