1) Long winded challenge including coding- if youre working a pain to do alongside! 2) Teams Interview - test to see if you cheated on 1); Competency based questions with arbitrary, non=transparent judging 3) Face to Face with leadership - Trick questions and lectures about Technical subjects they know nothing about. No need for face-to-face. Very irritating.
