Was contacted by email a day after I applied to set up a phone interview. Interview lasted around 30 minutes where I was asked about my experience and told about the salary and benefits and about the orientation requirements

The interview process was slightly long. There were three interview. One by phone and then two with regional supervisors. The phone interview was with the hiring manager/recruiter initially. Then there was an group open house type of situation that included a presentation about the program from current managers and then two interviews. Only those who were succeful in the first face-to-face, were asked to stay for a second interview.
