Interview
Very professional hiring process. It was given a problem to solve and present our design thinking process. After that, as a part of the process was to discuss with different members of the team discussing their role and experience working in this company.
The process was quite nice and friendly, but very chaotic.
I had a lovely first online round of interview to go over my CV, followed by a task to deliver a couple of days later. The task itself was quite easy, but I received a last minute email asking if I could deliver the task both in English and German (German was only mentioned as a "strong plus" in the job description).
I then met another colleague in a second online round. The questions were the typical interview questions, like "tell me about a time you received negative feedback", "tell me about a time you were struggling" and so on. I was then given a task and 30 minutes to prepare it. After the 30 minutes, I was asked to present the task and discuss it.
The third round of interviews was speed dating with colleagues from other teams, followed by a 1to1 call with the manager. The speed dating part was lovely. The interview with the manager consisted once again in the typical HR questions mentioned above and questions related to the job offer. Being that some questions asked did not match the job description, I asked clarification about the job, and had been told that the job description had been changed during the interview process. Pity that I was not informed about it and was not interested in the new role.

Tell me about a time you were struggling.
Tell me about a time you received negative feedback.
Several rounds of interviews with tough questions. Quite demanding testing different dimensions (personal fit, experience, behavioural questions, etc) You get to meet other members of the team and interact with
them. Personal fit is very important to them.
