Title: Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Interview Experience at YuBalance I recently had a highly disappointing and unprofessional interview experience with YuBalance for a fitness instructor position. The interviewer's behavior throughout the call was not only rude but also conveyed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for potential candidates. Right from the start, the interviewer questioned my presence on the call, questioning why I was even considering the position without formal experience as a trainer. Instead of recognizing my fitness background and discussing how it could be beneficial, he went on a tangent about how inconvenient it would be for them to train someone like me. It was truly bewildering to witness such contradictory behavior. If the company has no problem training individuals, then why emphasize the inconvenience repeatedly? Furthermore, the interviewer complained extensively about the current state of the job market, going as far as blaming it on people's lack of interest in working. This negativity and generalization were highly unprofessional and unbecoming of someone representing a fitness organization. To add insult to injury, the interviewer abruptly rattled off multiple locations and times for the next interview without giving me any opportunity to process the information or make an informed decision. When I suggested that it would be easier for him to email the details to me, he responded with an indifferent "whatever" and rudely hung up the call. Such behavior only reinforced the unprofessionalism that permeated the entire interview process. It is truly disheartening to encounter an organization like YuBalance, which claims to be in the business of training people, but fails to display basic courtesy and professionalism towards potential candidates. The interviewer's conduct was disrespectful, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. I strongly urge YuBalance to reevaluate its hiring practices and provide proper training to its interviewers on how to treat candidates with respect and professionalism. No candidate should have to endure such a demeaning and unpleasant experience when seeking employment. Based on this interview, it is evident that YuBalance does not prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its employees. As someone who values a supportive and professional work environment, I would never recommend anyone to consider a position at this company.
Rory asked me to come and try out each of the classes that Yubalance offers. Then he asked what I thought about the classes and if I could see my self teaching them. He asked about experience, certifications, availability.
