This company really shows great interest in who they are interviewing. They initiate with a phone interview first and if that goes well an in-person interview is scheduled. You'll receive an interview schedule with whom you'll be interviewed by and their position. You'll also get a basic description of their benefits package, a non-disclosure agreement to sign and you'll also be asked to take a PI survey. I was interviewed by seven people of which were all Senior or Director's relative to the position. Although the interview was over 4hrs long, time flew by fast as I enjoyed speaking to each and everyone of them. Really nice atmosphere and people!
