I interview foir a project management position for a plant they were going to open in South Carolina. I went throug 3 interviews, 2 over the phone and 1 face to face. They ask ne about my management exoerience and about haw to solve problems under stress. Also about my international experience since it's a german company and I think they are very german. At the end they ended up cancelling the project and I got a call but never an offer

Question 1
How would I convince some one in a tem to help me to accomplish my goal when they are not my direct reports
easy and straight forward, There were 3 rounds as expected.
-Initial round with HR - General personal, expectations questions
-Second round with Program team - Project experience questions, how you solve issues
-Third round with PMO - Process related and understanding of project management methodologies (dev, changes, leadership, etc)
Start mit Begrüßung und Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Danach folgte der Werdegang und Motivation des Kandidaten. Es werden Fragen zu Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen gestellt. Am Ende ging es um Rahmenbedingungen und das weitere Vorgehen.

Interview
It went well. It wasn't too hard to get into. Just be confident. It's hard to get promotions here though. But you'll have to keep going to germany often. So if you enjoy traveling you'll enjoy the company.
