When I was asked to turn mine on while they remained hidden, I politely suggested rescheduling for a time when everyone could be ready for a face-to-face interaction to ensure a balanced environment. Instead of a professional dialogue, my request was met with dismissive and insulting comments about my behavior. This interaction, combined with similar patterns I had seen in other reviews, raised serious red flags about the company's culture and respect for candidates.
