Be aware of this employer, awful experience. So, my process started quite well - I applied using the career site for the position of Software Engineer and got a link to Codility a few days later. After solving these challenges I had a call with HR discussing some basic stuff about this position. Then I had a tech call with one of the engineers and he was very polite and this call went good. After that, I got an invitation for the onsite interview. I was told that all my expenses can be reimbursed after the onsite, so I had to book and pay for the hotel and tickets myself. Then it turned out that one of the interviewers gonna be on holidays during my onsite and we arranged a call with him before on site. HR told me that onsite gonna happen after this call and scheduled a few more interviews during the onsite. After this call, I got an email that they are not gonna continue my interview process and that I was rejected. They also refused to reimburse my expenses for the hotel because this onsite didn't happen. So, I spent my money for nothing. I had experience with other companies and can say that it was the worst experience with Zalando. Never gonna apply again there.
