The process was fair, clear and well organized since the beginning.
I didn't get the job, but I enjoyed the process and think that it was very professional and motivating.
The feedback received after the last interview was clear, polite and I could see a real interest in my profile even if I didn't received an offer.

First interview with hiring manager. Mutual introduction and few typical questions about my background, what tools I am working with and what do I know about Zalando. Second and final interview was composed of 3 parts (interview with talent acquisition , peers interview and lastly with hiring manager). Overall , the interview was professional and not so formal
