I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Jan 2021
Interview
I received an online assessment straight away. I passed the first two questions but failed the last one. I presumed that that was it, but a month or so later I was invited to a technical screen (perhaps because I have a bit of experience on my CV).
When I got on the video call, the interviewer was angry that I'd scheduled the time when it was convenient for me and not for him. Why did the company allow that then? Why didn't you turn it down?
He proceeded to be a bit rude and impatient. I failed due to lacking in leetcode practice.
I checked the job ad later and compared the text, and I noticed that they'd changed the text for the job I'd originally applied to. So I was naturally out of my depth, a job level I never applied for.
I wouldn't re-apply or interview with this company again.
