A Codility question about encoding and decoding strings using a simple algorithm. E.g encoding "aazzzaaabc" should produce "a2z3a3b1c1"
I made 3 Rounds, first a classical HR nterview-then a live coding (somthing like binary search) then a system design (design an inventory system) tehy told me that I didn't pass at the system design level( ishould asked for the number of clients not to make assumptions
