Had 5 interviews in total. 1st round with Recruiter - general intro and discussion around the role, company culture, expectations, role fit. 2-nd round with Hiring manager aka Team Lead, discussed the past experience and how it aligns with the role needs. Then 3 final rounds. Live Coding (some OOP task with questions about time complexity, possible optimisation and testing), System Design (A practical scenario likely aligned with the domain’s real-world challenges), General tech (questions about good coding practices in general). Everybody was friendly during the process.
