Zambia National Health Insurance Scheme interview questions

In April 2023, I submitted an online application for a job. On 1st August 2023 I received an email and a subsequent phone call from a member of the HR department inviting me to attend an interview on 9th August 2023. However, two days before the interview, the same person called me to reschedule it for 22nd August 2023. During the interview, which lasted approximately 45 minutes, four individuals interviewed me. They informed me that I would receive feedback, positive or negative, within two weeks. Despite following up after four weeks, I did not receive any response from the HR department. This is first week of December 2023 and there still has been no communication. Moreover, I have also been in touch with four other candidates who were invited for interviews, and they have not received any feedback either. I believe that any form of communication from the HR department would be helpful, rather than being left in the dark.
