I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Manchester, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Asked us to fill out some forms then put us in groups where we brainstormed on how to resolve difficult situations in store settings. Then showed us a few vids on the company and why they operate the way they do. They quizzed us on the vids aswell to see if we were listening. Afterwards, we spoke to the interviewers on our availability.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
