    I worked at Zara full-time

    Pros

The pay was the highest in retail which is $12/hr
The company gives everyone Zara gift cards during Christmas
    The employee discount is great

    Cons

Sometimes they don't have enough people on the sales floor to help customers
If you close you have to stay behind and wait for all the other departments to fold and fix their section at the end of each night.

I worked at Zara full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Many learning opportunities, never a dull moment, you always have something to do, not for lazy people for sure.

    Cons

Training for a management position takes forever, upper management likes to make empty promises so they can keep using you to do works that you're not paid enough to do, until it drains the life out of you. And when you finally get the promotion you deserved, the pay increase is laughable.

    Advice to Management

Have a clear and systematic timeline of how long training takes and pay your valuable employees fairly.

I worked at Zara full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great working environment, enjoyed the Las Vegas location, I had plenty of returning customers, so helping them find the items they needed was really fulfilling.

    Cons

Well the only thing was I was salaried instead of hourly, so most of the time i worked all day. When it came to store inventories all day became tough.

    Advice to Management

Well the only thing i can say is keep up the good work. I plan on applying at the 7th&Fig store in Los Angeles

I have been working at Zara part-time

    Pros

The other employees. Everyone is there to help one another, especially management.

    Cons

The customers; people typically come in with aggression and attitude. Makes it hard to work every day around so much negativity.

    Advice to Management

Great management, whom all are very understanding and go through the same issues.

I have been working at Zara part-time

    Pros

good workers are given good hours, most managers are reliable, coworkers are great for the most part, schedules are flexible and most managers try to work with you on your availability

    Cons

potential program is a bit of BS, if you try to move up they will try to load you with more responsibility before you are given your promotion and will try to do this for as long as they can before giving you your promoted pay but this won't happen if you are tough and don't allow it to happen
