    Improved skills:
    multi tasking

    Cons

    Negative reinforcement by management
Lacked structure; authoritative roles taken by untrained employees
Chaotic/unorganized process of schedule being created and mapping out where on the floor employees would be located
Not flexible - Was told to change my school schedule and give them more availability or quit

Organize/reconstruct/train managers on how to deal with employees, change attitude towards employees, be more positive, enhance the work environment

I have been working at Zara full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You'll learn to hustle and multi task. The environment is very fast paced so you'll learn to make quick and efficient decisions. You will ALWAYS be busy.

    Cons

Very bad work life balance. As managers, you'll never have weekends off. You'll have to close many nights of the week. Communication from the corporate management team is very poor - they are very hard to reach!

The store has very high turnover and is constantly understaffed. It is very hard to get any projects done while also making sure the store is running efficiently.

    It is very stressful overall.

    Advice to Management

Please listen to your employees - whether it be a sales associate or manager, their input is very important, and they're the reason the company is so successful.

I worked at Zara part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Discount, Great Atmosphere, Learned the business, Giftcard for Holidays

    Cons

Not enough employees, management needs to assist more on the sales floor

    Advice to Management

Need to assist on the sales floor on busy days instead of staying in the back and not paying attention to what is going on.

I have been working at Zara part-time

    Pros

    Great benefits for full-time employees.

    Cons

Work 32-40 hours a week but don't receive full-time benefits. False promises for growth in the company. Management is moody and has a bad attitude problem. Over work employees with no recognition. Not proper training expect you to learn as you go.

    Advice to Management

stop micro managing your employees, that is not how you lead or manage and loosen up a little. just because you have authority does not mean your employees are your children.
