I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
I got a call from inditex a week after applying on their website inviting me to a group interview. There were about 20+ people who came. They made us fill up a form then went to a room watched a video about inditex then the woman asked us some questions, we watched another video about working at zara and what zara is about then they asked us some more questions. You have a quick 1:1 interview with a man or woman and after they tell you they'll send an email if you're successful. I received a call on the same day telling me I was successful and they had a part time job for me in central London and wanted me to have an interview with the store manager. Went to the interview went pretty well got a call from inditex the next day saying I got the job :) start on monday
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
