apply in person, got a phone call and wanted me to have an interview two days later, it was a 1 on 2 interview, asked me how much u know about the company, what you think is a good customer service. pretty straight forward. it lasted around half hour. got an offer three hours later on that day.

Group interview in their office in oxford street, just had to complete tasks together. Did a presentation and problem solving. Heard back from them in a week that I had got the offer.
