I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I interviewed with the manager right outside of the store and the whole process was about 15-20 mins long. Most people go through 2 rounds of interview but I only did one interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were really easy questions like: Why do you want to work for Zara? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you know about the Inditex company?
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
