Interview
I received a call from Inditex recruiter for a short phone interview just after 4 days I applied the job at Seek. After that, an interview is scheduled 2 days later at Citadines Hotel on Bourke St. There was another girl being interviewed with me at the same time so we took turn in answering the questions. The questions are very typical for a fashion sales assistant position, such as describe an experience which you dealt with a difficult customer, why ZARA etc. They offered me a casual cashier position the next day and I'm glad that I took the offer! The entire interview experience was great.

Interview
Started with a phone interview reviewing my experiences, why Zara and what I hope to gain from it. Invited to a group Interview with 6 people including myself. Very interaction based and focused on how you work in a group. Group activates consisting of: talking to the person next to you and using information you've gathered about them to then use to sell them, scenarios given to act out in a group. Questions asked about experience in previous roles, mainly focusing on customer service and how you handle situations.
The main thing I figured you should do is to stand out and make sure you're not quiet. Make sure you add your inputs and be bright and friendly.

Interview
After filling in several pages of papers with personal information we were all taken into a room and we were asked to style a look working in smaller groups and trying to sell it to the rest of the crowd. We also had to answer individual questions about the company.
