I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Group interview and it takes 2month for the process. The manager is nice and friendly and acting professional. Arrived in the afternoon and there were a ton of applicants. We were all first asked to fill out forms which required two professional/supervisor references and out availability timings.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
