Zayo reached out to me for a phone interview. They asked for a day & time to meet, but they ended up ghosting me and would not respond to messages. They lost the opportunity to hire a good person.

Long interview process to be told they have decided not to hire for the position. Waste of everyone’s time. Then a month or two later it’s posted again. Rinse and repeat. People with over 20 years experience and 5 people got the same email for same job at different times of job posting.

Provisioning processes, optimization, background and experience
Phone and zoom interview and easy process overall. Everyone was really responsive and upfront about everything. Definitely a process that seems pretty similar to most major corporations. I am still pending a response for an offer.
