Zazzle Part-Time Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very easy interview processes if you have ever worked before. Was offered to move forward, but Unfortunately, their recruiters or process is fairly broken. It seems they have gotten in the habit of just working with kids out of college with little to no work history. The requirement for 2 references 1 was provided for the previous 5 years of employment and they wanted another from academics or landlord which wouldn't really work given school was over 15 years ago and I own my own home and seems they had expectations not really in line with Irish law thinking the company is going to have a chat with them beyond their legal obligations. It's a young company though they will likely evolve beyond ticking boxes and lack of thinking at some stage. It's a shame, I no longer need to work full-time anymore and they could have benefited from my experience which seems to dwarf those they already employ and it would have been for the minimum wage they offer as money doesn't hold sway over what I do anymore.
