This was a long exasperated experience.
I applied for the job and it took 1.5 months for them to contact me about an interview. I had 2 scheduled interviews which were both rescheduled the day of because the interviewer was unavailable. Then I finally had my interview, which I thought went great. I was offered to do the 2nd part of the interview, which was a voice recording response to a client call. Again, I thought I did great. That was 5 months ago, and I haven’t heard anything since. Please companies let people know if they’ve gotten the position, or what they need to work on or anything. Do not just leave people in the dark it’s unfair.

There were around 7 rounds in total, including the "work trial" at the end-4 days where you work for the company for less than minimum wage as a full time employee.
The first 5 rounds were a couple of HR interviews and some basic SQL and Excel questions, pretty easy. The 6th round was a very light in-person behavioral/skill round.
The job is essentially using Looker ML to create visualizations for them, with very limited SQL and Excel; not a lot of opportunity to build skills in more popular softwares. The hours are long (around 12 a day), and while the employees are lovely, management is crabby and expects a high output from you from Day 1 with 0 training.
I dropped out midway through the work trial--while there are plenty of companies I'd be willing to put in long hours for, Zealthy unfortunately was not one of them.
