Zedcrest Group interview questions

The recruitment stages was clearly defined from the beginning. The Interview process was also fast, the recruiter and panel members kept to time and communication was also constant throughout the process so I was not left wondering what’s next after every stage.

It was a virtual interview for the stated role. It was moderated by HR and then 2 other members of the prospective team. They asked questions about the market - current market dynamics to check knowledge of the market. i.e., local market, global markets. Then they asked about counterparty relationships as well showing that the role will also involve a whole lot of client facing.
