The interview wasn't very long and didn't include a practical. I was offered a position without a practical interview, which I found surprising. I have Thai Massage experience, so maybe that's why.

Non-Compete. Their non-compete agreement was a deal breaker. Although I was already trained, they want you to agree to not offer Thai Massage within a 10 mile radius for a year
